I had a delightful stay at ITC Grand Bharat, characterized by beautiful surroundings and warm hospitality. The staff, especially Ms. Mandakini and Ms. Ananya, went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed, making our experience special. However, there were some drawbacks such as the food not being consistently up to par and room service needing improvement.
